I've moved around a LOT in my military & civilian career and this is the FIRST time I've had a pleasant experience at a vehicle registration office. The staff is VERY friendly, polite, and try their best to keep a positive atmosphere. I've made three different trips here and every experience there has been pleasant so far. No doubt there's good management at work here.
If you specifically state that your lunch hours are 1pm-2pm... DO NOT close the office at 12:45 when other people must coordinate their lunches as well to make time to come in
