Very nice campground. Well taken care of. It is very quiet and the staff is friendly.
Very clean and well kempt. For the most part this facility is very convenient for short and long term stays. Most of the residence are there working. The amenities are nice and kept in spic and span order by a very sweet older resident.
Update: After reading other reviews the woman that I talked to in the above experience must have been "Christi" who was referred to several times in other reviews. She didn't seem to care about her customers and was very cold and arrogant. Not a good fit for this kind of position in my opinion. I would look for another place to stay and there are many others without the rude and unprofessional treatment of their customers and potential customers.
Very nice RV Park. We stopped here and stayed one night on our way to Branson Missouri.
Nice park with pool and grocery store. Friendly staff, level sites. The gravel roads are quite noisy though and there appear to be "smart" meters on many of the sites. But the laundry/shower facilities are the nicest I've seen at an RV park. You get your own bathroom with full shower, a nice one too, not just a concrete stall.
I was quoted $10. I returned today with my motor home to use the dump station and the lady in charge in the grocery store told me it would now be $15 to use the dump station and it just went up today. I said that is quite an increase since yesterday and she made no comment. I did not say anything more because it had taken some time and effort to drive the 40' motor home to this location to use their services. I was told yesterday that the dump station was stopped up, but it should be cleaned out by today. I verified before using the station today that the stoppage was now unplugged. After I started the dump the opening quickly filled up and spilled over, luckly from mostly grey water. This experience with Texan RV Ranch left me with a bad feeling and I would not use this camping facility again to stay or to recommend to any RV friends. If the other services are this poorly managed you are at your own risk to stay there. Good luck if you do. I hope this was just my unfortunate experience.
