My first trip inside this establishment was very nice. I was greeted right as I entered the doors which always guarantees i am going to purchase something. Plus, there was wine at the front door.
I was embarrassed by the treatment that I received from him. As I was exiting the store a customer behind me commented to me about the rude treatment that I received from Jonathan.
Last night I shopped at Aldi in Mansfield Texas. This was the first time that I had shopped at this particular Aldi location. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I received from cashier Jonathan. He was very rude and condescending to me. I asked him a couple of questions about a few items that I was about to purchase.
I love this place! Always fresh produce for a fraction of the cost. I just wish there was more than 1 check out lane open!
I have found most Aldi brands to be as good as major brands and always less expensive. Example: Velveeta Cheese block normally about 6.50 Clancy brand 3.99 Melts and tastes virtually identical. Eggs, bread, milk generally a very good bargain.
Lower prices should not equate to subpar customer service, which is what I received.
As a result of my unpleasant experience with Jonathan I will never shop at the Mansfield Aldi location ever again.
Best Aldi in Mansfield Arlington area. I shop here weekly, staff is always super nice, good selection, always sales, never too busy, always clean. Solid place.
I also enjoyed the middle section with non-grocery items.
